Construction progresses in North Yorkshire

Building works for our project near Thirsk are progressing well on site. The construction in North Yorkshire is for a residential development in a lovely rural setting, formally an estate cottage for the local land owner.

The design includes a full renovation of the existing property along with the demolition of former outbuildings. These are being replaced with a large extension to the house. Within the extension will be extensive living accommodation on the ground floor. Along with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at first floor.

The property will also benefit from a 2 bedroom annex for the owners parents. Plus the ultimate luxury of an indoor swimming pool.

The construction in North Yorkshire will continue over the next few months. We are looing forward to it completing later in the year.
