Studio J Architects has renewed its membership for 2024 as a RIBA Chartered Practice, having been one for several years. This helps to give clients confidence that we are committed to excellence in design and service delivery. In order to be a RIBA Chartered Practice a company must have at least one fully qualified and registered Architect and also adhere to a strict code of practice. The code ensures standards are kept is all areas of architecture and running a business, from up to date industry knowledge to legal obligations and the environment.

To be a registered architect you must have passed the criterial set by The Architects Registration Board (the ARB). While also maintaining your place on their register. To find out more about the ARB, take a look at their website. Studio J’s managing director, James Butterworth, has been a qualified and registered architect since 2006. Project Architect, Jacqueline Mo, has also been on the architects’ register since 2006.
