Planning approval for listed building

Studio J Architects have received planning approval for works on a grade 2 Listed property in Boston Spa, near Leeds. The imposing private house was recently bought by our clients and has had little work done to it for many years.

Working closely with the clients we have helped navigate planning and building regulations for amendments to the internals and externals. Keeping, and where possible improving, the heritage of the building while updating it for the new owners needs.

Building works will be starting soon and finishing later in the year ready for the owners to move in.
