Ling Lane, Leeds

Construction has started on site at Ling Lane, north Leeds, for one of Studio J’s latest projects.

The project involves the construction of a single storey extension to the rear. Along with a first floor extension to the side above the garage. Internally the house will be remodelled to improve the layout and fully refurbished throughout.

When completed the luxury family home will have; 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to the first floor. On the ground floor there will be a large kitchen-dining-living room, separate living room and play room, utility, gym and shower room, plus double garage. Construction is expected to complete in spring 2024. Studio J architects will be overseeing the build and we are looking forward to see the progress on site at Ling Lane.
