Studio J Architects were approached by an existing dentist surgery in south Leeds to help with expanding their current building.
For a number of years the client had used one half of a pair of semi-detached houses, converted to suit their needs at the time. They now had the opportunity to knock through to the other half of the semi and convert it from a house to create a bigger surgery for their growing needs.
The additional space created: a new reception area, twice the size of the previous one, 2 new surgery rooms, a large meeting room, toilets and ancillary storage etc.
Externally the building was given a face lift with new render, widows, ramp access and feature entrance canopy.
