Extending, remodelling and refurbishing a family home
On purchase of their new home the client wanted to take down and rebuild an old garden room extension while increasing the footprint to include a new ground floor guest suite, along with fully refurbishing the tired internals throughout.
The new garden room is a generous, light and airy space with bi-fold doors over looking the garden and with a large roof lantern above. This creates a relaxed dining-living area linked to the new, extended kitchen. The rest of the house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with adjoining snug area, utility room and garage.
On completion the house is finished in a contemporary style with lots of natural light throughout.
