Planning approval for new build houses

We are delighted to announce that Studio J have received planning approval for new build houses in Leeds.

The project consists of 2 new houses on a large former garden site in the suburb of Gildersome.

Each house consists of an open plan kitchen-dining-living room, situated at the rear of the property, with bi-fold doors plus feature picture window looking over the garden and open field beyond. The remainder of the ground floor accommodation consists of; a separate lounge, office, utility and WC. Along with a single garage attached to the house.

On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms and house bathroom. The generous master bedroom has an en-suite and his & hers walk-in-wardrobes.

Finally, in the second floor roof space. There is a 5th bedroom with en-suite and further living / play room.

Externally, the proposed new build houses takes influence from a traditional architectural style that complements the local area. The stone and render walls have parapet gable ends and stone detailing, giving an understated but timeless feel.

We are now looking forward to developing the detailed design for the project, followed by seeing the project coming to life on site.
