Studio J have gained Planning approval for a new build family house in Leeds.
The 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, family home has been designed to the bespoke needs of the client. Further accommodation includes a kitchen-dining-living room, with direct access to the garden. Along with a separate lounge, playroom, utility and integral garage.
Externally the house is to be constructed from stone, with slate roof. To compliment the surrounding properties. There is also feature glazing to the entrance hall and upper landings. This brings a contemporary feel to the property and gives it a unique style of its own. While also flooding the central circulation areas with natural light.
The property is to be built to specifications above the standard building regulations requirements. This, along with; solar panels, air source heat pump and rain water harvesting, ensures the building will be highly efficient and sustainable.
Studio J Architects have not just produced the planning drawings. But have also provided a full set of detailed construction drawings. To enable detailed costs from the builders and so the build proceeds seamlessly on site.
