New build house starts on site

Construction has started on site for a new build house in Leeds. Studio J Architects have worked closely with the client to ensure their exact requirements for the design have been met.

The finished house, split over 3 levels, will have 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large kitchen-dining-family room, a separate living room, office and integral double garage.

The externals of the house have a traditional feel to them, built from brick, render and with stone detailing. Internally there will be high end finishes to create a luxury family home. Completion of construction is expected in towards the end of spring 2023.
