Luxury new build house completes

When we first met the clients for this project they already had planning approval for a large new build house. However, they realised the designs they had did not work for them in terms of external appearance or internal layout.

We therefore spent time with them to understand their concerns and reworked the designs to better suit their requirements. The new designs were then submitted for planning approval, followed by us completing all the building regulations and detailed construction drawings.

The final external design has a traditional / timeless style. A slate roof tops the brick and render walls. With a feature stone portico, window sills, heads and feature band. To the rear there are 3 sets of sliding doors that open out onto a large patio with garden beyond. All the ceilings heights and door sizes etc. are oversized, compared to a more “standard” scale of home. Giving a generous feel to the property proportions.

Out of respect of the privacy of the client we are not sharing many photos of their new home. In particular of the interior. But it is fair to say it is a beautiful family house.
