Luxury New Build Homes Submitted for Planning Consent
Studio J Architects have recently submitted a planning application for 5 luxury new build homes near Leeds, Yorkshire.
The proposals are on a former industrial site. This will be cleared to make way for construction of the bespoke luxury new build homes.
There are 2 different designs for the development. Both large modern family homes, with 5+ bedrooms and generous living spaces.
On a transitional site between existing residential and commercial / industrial buildings. The designs take influence from both, while bringing in a contemporary style. The use of traditional brick is contrasted with sleek black cladding. Coupled with the feature glazing to give a wow factor.
We are looking forward to getting the approval through soon and then starting the detailed design.
We have designed these proposals using software that allows the client to view the houses using a VR headset. With this they can virtually walk down the street and around the houses.
