The challenge with this property was proving its exemption from biodiversity net gain requirements. We successfully navigated this hurdle, and work began on site within a month of securing planning permission.
- We are in the early stages of an ambitious development of four luxury new-build houses on Ling Lane, Scarcroft. These ultra-modern properties in an affluent area will be individually designed. Each home will have five or six bedrooms, spacious kitchen-dining-living areas and a separate lounge. Some will also have cinema rooms, gyms and playrooms to suit their owners’ lifestyles. We’re working closely with planners on pre-application designs at the moment, with more updates to come soon.

Construction work is well underway on this project, which also includes internal remodelling. It will create a very special three-bedroom, two-bathroom property once completed.
