The existing planning approval did not make best use of the site and so we were asked to look at how we could improve the house layouts.
Working closely with the client we revised the existing proposals to suit the new requirements and submitted for a new planning approval. The new scheme has 3 detached family homes with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, large kitchen-diner with family room, study and impressive double height entrance hall with gallery landing. The houses are to be built from stone to the street elevation with render to the sides and rear.
Studio J has also completed the drawings for building regulations approval and work has started on site with completion expected towards the end of the year.
